ORGANIZATIONS & COMMUNITY EFFORTS
For news, information and resources about OneAmerica’s work advancing the fundamental principles of democracy and justice at the local, state and national levels, building power within immigrant communities in collaboration with key allies.
The Road Map Project is a community-wide effort to drive dramatic improvement in student achievement from cradle to college and career in South King County and South Seattle. We believe collective effort is necessary to make large-scale change. Our common goal and shared vision facilitates coordinated action, both inside and outside school.
The work group is comprised of representatives from school districts, community-based organizations, research institutions, early learning, higher education and state education departments, working together to build systems-level change that will shift education structures to reflect a more equitable system for ELL students in the Road Map Project region as well as Washington State.
